All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards using the Paypal system. This is a secure method of payment. We also accept payment via cheque or postal order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you with the status of your order at which point you may cancel the order placed and receive a refund of any payment made. Delivery IMPORTANT OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: Please email for shipping costs before ordering. The delivery costs for the UK are as follows: Delivery charges are shown on the shopping cart page. We only deliver within the mainland UK. For overseas orders please contact us prior to making a purchase. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch within 2-3 You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. All goods listed for sale are new and are covered by the manufacturers guarantees.If for any reason a product has failed within the guarantee period, we will either repair or replace the said item if the item is genuinely at fault. Return shipping costs are not covered by this service. In the event of a claim you must contact us first either by telephone, fax,or using the after_sales@nevillesdiy.co.uk email address.
